Shipping & Returns

Shipping

All orders will be charged a flat rate and ship via the United States Postal Service/Priority Mail.  

If you need your order sent overnight for any reason, please choose USPS Express Mail as your alternate shipping method when checking out. 

Orders will typically ship within 2-3 days of your purchase.

Exceptions are overnight orders, out of stock items and personalized charms.  If your order needs to be rushed and we have your item(s) in stock, we can ship within 1 business day.  If your order includes an item(s) that is out of stock, we will estimate a delivery date based on product availabilty (should not exceed 2 weeks).  Personalized charms should allow for additional time due to engraving and should ship within 7-14 days. 


Returns Policy

At Sweet Baby Girl, our return policy is simple - if you aren't happy, we aren't happy.

We will gladly accept returns on merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date.  We will provide a full refund and will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or damaged item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper.  However, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

*We only have one exception - we cannot accept returns on personalized charms.  If you receive an incorrect or damaged personalized charm, we will gladly make an exchange.
